What milk do you recommend?

You can use dairy or plant based milks that work for your taste buds. But we really like it with homemade almond milk or creamy almond milk by Milk Lab.

How do I store my Chai?

Our Sticky Chai blends are best kept in the fridge and used within 6 months.

What happens if I make a mistake in my postage details?

Contact us when you notice the issue and we may be able to update the details before your order is sent. If your order has already been shipped and it is returned to us, we will reship it at your expense. Please see shipping information. 

I just received my order and it's incorrect - what should I do?

We must have packed your order before having our morning cuppa! If there are problems with your order, please contact info@oohlachai.com.au so we can sort it out for you ASAP. 

How do I store my tea?

Our biodegradable cylinders and sachets will keep your tea fresh, and be best stored away from heat and direct sunlight (that means you shouldn't put your tea next to the stove or a window).

My tea looks a bit different to my last batch - has your recipe changed?

We are proud to use only natural certified organic ingredients in all our products. Given this we are at the mercy of Mother Nature. From time to time there may be situations where extreme weather or natural disasters have affected much relied on growers, we may have to source tea leaves and herbs from different suppliers during these times. 

Even when this happens, we will only ever source organic ingredients and blend our teas using the exact same formulation - but if your tea looks a little different, this may be due to sourced ingredients from a new supplier. What health concerns does your tea assist with?

All of our teas are created to promote general well being. The spices and tea have their own unique health benefits. If you have a specific health concern though, please ensure you see a health practitioner for a tailored treatment plan.

Is your tea organic?

Yes, we only use 100% certified organic ingredients to craft our teas. Using certified produce is extremely important to us, so we know that we're nourishing you with the best-quality ingredients. This means there will never be anything unnatural in your cup.
